Refunds and Rescheduling Policy
General Policy.
Refunds or rescheduling of sessions will only be offered under exceptional circumstances and are entirely at the discretion of Wild Healing.

Eligibility for Refunds or Rescheduling.
Refunds will only be granted if there has been a clear mistake on Wild Healing’s behalf, such as double-booking or a session cancellation initiated by us. Rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance to be considered. Failure to attend a session without prior notification does not qualify for a refund or rescheduling.
Non-Refundable Services.
Tickets or bookings for workshops, events, or private sessions are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Refunds will not be provided for missed sessions or changes in your availability after booking.
Exceptional Circumstances.
Requests for refunds or rescheduling due to exceptional personal circumstances (e.g., medical emergencies) may be considered, but proof or documentation may be required. Wild Healing retains the right to make the final decision on these cases.
Digital Products.
All digital product sales (e.g., guided meditations, eBooks) are final and non-refundable once purchased or downloaded.
For any questions or to submit a refund or rescheduling request, please contact us directly via our contact page.
Guarantees
Wild Healing provides sound healing, wellness sessions, and related services designed to support relaxation, mindfulness, and general well-being. However:
No Medical Claims.
These services are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition or illness. The information and techniques provided are complementary practices and should not replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Individual Results May Vary.
The benefits of sound healing and wellness practices can differ greatly from person to person. We do not make any guarantees or promises regarding improvements in physical, emotional, or mental conditions as a result of participating in sessions or using related materials.
Contraindications.
Sound healing may not be suitable for everyone. Please review the following contraindications before participating in a session:
1. Medical Devices Individuals with pacemakers, hearing aids, or other implanted medical devices should consult their healthcare provider before participating. The vibrations and frequencies produced during sound healing may interfere with the functioning of these devices.
2. Pregnancy Pregnant individuals, especially in the first trimester, should exercise caution when participating in sound healing. While generally safe, certain frequencies or vibrations may not be recommended.
3. Epilepsy or Seizures Those with a history of epilepsy or sound-induced seizures should avoid sound healing sessions or consult their healthcare provider before participating. Certain frequencies may trigger symptoms.
4. Mental Health Conditions Individuals with severe mental health conditions (e.g., psychosis or certain anxiety disorders) should consult their mental health professional to ensure that sound healing is suitable and supportive for their needs.
5. Recent Surgery or Injuries If you have recently undergone surgery or have acute injuries, please discuss participation with your healthcare provider, as the vibrations may affect healing areas.
6. Sensory Sensitivities If you are highly sensitive to sound or vibrations, certain instruments, such as gongs or crystal bowls, may feel overwhelming. You are encouraged to communicate your comfort levels before or during the session.
7. Alcohol or Substance Use Participants under the influence of alcohol or substances are advised not to attend sessions, as this can interfere with the intended relaxation and focus of the practice.

Your Responsibility.
You are encouraged to consult with your medical proffesional or qualified health provider before participating in any sessions, particularly if you have existing health conditions, are pregnant, or are under medical treatment. If you are unsure whether sound healing is suitable for you, we encourage you to consult your healthcare provider before booking.
By engaging in these services, you acknowledge that you are doing so voluntarily and at your own discretion. By attending a session, you confirm that you have reviewed the contraindications and take full responsibility for your participation.
Disclaimer of Outcomes.
Wild Healing does not claim or guarantee specific outcomes, such as improved health, emotional well-being, or spiritual advancement.
